Sizing & fit
How do your sizes work?
Our slippers come in EU sizes, and each size covers two numbers, like 38/39 or 40/41. Most styles run from 36/37 up to 42/43, and some go up to 46/47. You'll find the exact range for each style on its product page.
I'm between sizes. Which one should I pick?
Pick the range that includes your usual EU shoe size. If you wear something like a 39.5, or you like wearing thick socks, go for the bigger pair. A little extra room is cozier than a snug fit.
Are the slippers unisex?
Yes. Cute has no gender. Choose by your EU size and whichever color makes you smile the most.

Materials & care
What are the slippers made of?
It depends on the style. Plush styles like The Shark Slipper have a soft, fluffy upper for warm, lazy days. The Couple's Shark Slippers are made of lightweight EVA, which is cushy underfoot and easy to rinse. Every product page lists its materials.
How do I keep them looking cute?
Plush styles: spot clean with cold water and a little mild soap, then let them air dry away from direct heat. Keep them out of the dryer so the fluff stays fluffy.
EVA styles: just rinse them under water, wipe them down and let them dry.
Can I wear them outside?
Our plush slippers are made for indoors, like your couch, your kitchen and your movie nights. EVA styles are happy on a balcony or a quick trip to the mailbox. Check the product page for each style's details.

Which currency are your prices in?
All prices are shown and charged in USD. Your bank or card provider may convert the amount into your local currency.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us through our Contact page as soon as you can, and include your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change the size or color, or cancel it.

Shipping & returns
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship to customers around the world. The shipping options and costs for your address show up at checkout, before you pay, so there are no surprises.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or send us a message.
What if something doesn't fit or arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and a quick photo if something's wrong, and we'll work out the next steps with you. Please keep the slippers unworn and in their original packaging while we sort it out.

Gifting
Can I send an order straight to someone else?
Of course. Just enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout. A tip: guessing their EU shoe size is easier if you peek at a pair of their sneakers.
Do you have matching pairs for couples?
We do. The Couple's Shark Slippers come in lots of colors, so you can match or mix. Add two pairs in your two sizes and you're set.
